MAC Sheer Outrage Powder Kiss Lipstick is a light-medium pink-coral with moderate, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had medium to semi-opaque color payoff that applied without streaking, but the texture was more prone to pilling and looked almost “crumbly” on the lips.
The lipstick felt lightweight, thin, and more velvety, much like other shades in the formula, but the way it sat on the lips was unflattering. This shade lasted for three and a half hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating.
